Tickets to shows in DeLaMar can be purchased on this website, by telephone via +31 (0)20-220 01 10 (check opening hours) or at the DeLaMar box office.

Purchasing tickets online

On the page of the desired show, select the date and click ‘ORDER TICKETS’. Go through the steps to purchase tickets. You will have to log in with a DeLaMar account. If you also have an Eventim account, please use those login details.

Once your iDEAL, credit card or gift card payment is processed, you will receive your tickets immediately by email or within one week by regular mail.

Purchasing tickets by phone

Tickets can be purchased by phone every day via +31 (0)20-220 01 10 (check opening hours). Our staff is happy to help you with all your questions and selecting the best seats. For payment you will receive a payment link by email with which you can pay by iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer or gift card. The tickets are sent as e-tickets (free of charge) or can be sent by post up to 5 days before the start of the show (€4.20 surcharge applies).

Purchasing tickets at the box office

The box office is open on days when there is a show in our theater; in our agenda (in Dutch) you can see at a glance which days that are. On days when there is no show or there is solely an event in Café DeLaMar, the box office is closed.

For evening shows, the box office is open from 5 p.m. until the start of the last show. In the case of matinee shows, the box office opens two hours prior to the start of the show.

Multiple payment options are offered at the box office: PIN, credit card and various gift certificates. We don't accept cash payments.

A birthday? Festive moment? Or a thank you? Treat someone to an evening at the theater! This way you give your loved ones a special experience and something beautiful to look forward to.

With the DeLaMar gift card, the recipient can choose a show they would prefer to go to, on a date that suits them. Determine the amount you want to give and choose to have it sent by post or to receive it directly into your mailbox and print it yourself.

Buy a gift card

The gift card will be sent by post within 4 working days. Please take into account delayed mail delivery by PostNL around the holidays. The gift card can only be delivered to the address of the gift card orderer.

By default, €5.00 transaction costs are charged per booking. For some bigger (musical) productions, the transaction costs are €6.00. The amount of the transaction costs is always clearly stated on the page of the show under 'Prices'. If you buy 1 ticket, you will only be charged €3.50 transaction costs. The transaction costs are automatically added to your order after you select the number of tickets you want and you continue through the sales process.

Sending e-tickets by e-mail is free, for shipping by mail we charge € 4.20.

DeLaMar offers CJP members and students a last-minute discount. Upon presentation of a valid CJP or student pass, a maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased at a 50% discount on the day of the show. Tickets with a CJP/student discount can be ordered online from 12.00 hrs, in the case of a matinee show from 10.00 hrs and from 17.00 hrs at the theatre's box office.

CJP Cultuurkaart acceptant
DeLaMar accepts CJP Cultuurkaart payments. Culture coordinators and teachers interested in organising a visit to a show can contact info@delamar.nl. We will review the various possibilities in mutual consultation.
